Went in with a mission. Team come through ten fold I have been in the market for a year. Do to some tough years in 2009 my credit did not have any activity. I took a new job and have such a long commute. My old car which i had for 15 years was not safe anymore. I am so amazingly grateful and blessed. I absolutely love my 2014 Forester. Heated seats alone are a life saver. Handles amazing in the winter weather. I am proud to be in the Subaru family for life . This is an A+ team through and through. Thank you. Barbara More

However, I do have one very major complaint, that concerns a management personel, Evan Perreault. The vehicle I perchased was used and I was informed prior to purchase that there was no warranty...however a minor problem arose with the vehicle being purchased, I called Fred Beans Subaru and spoke to Evan Perreault, who assured me that the cost to repair the vehicle would be covered and that he would make an exception for my situation since the problem arose so soon after purchase, this guy had me drive from an hour away only to back out of the agreement when I arrived. I found him to be both dishonest and condescending. More

I got about $2,000 off the sticker price and the deal was done over the phone. The other dealerships I looked at would only give me $500 off the sticker price of the vehicle I purchased. The staff was extremely helpful in any request I had as a customer. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Subaru. They give the best deals and have a great staff. More
