Yesterday I was at the dealer, with the intention to look only for a new car sale quotations. Christian Ozzimo, was the sales representative that guide me on this process. He was so proud and secure of the product he represented that my mind setting was changed, the moment he show me, two magnificent Subaru models, Forester and Ascent that was available for sell. completely unprofessional and untruthful and dishonest. I will never go there again and strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. I was refereed to them by KBB for Trade in for my 2021 Suba I will never go there again and strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. I was refereed to them by KBB for Trade in for my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek with only 2000 miles on it and in pristine condition. KBB suggested trade in value was $33,120, initially got a test that rough estimate is what the KBB recommended. so I made the appointment, the guy named Karran Buchhan was assigned to inspect. now first he never shows up for an appointment and then send an email with offer $3,000 less than the KBB and claims that that is what Subaru price is. this is just BS and waste of time. No only they the guy over the phone was completely unprofessional and rude but the whole experience was left me feel cheated More
