They overcharged me on my lease residual and I caught it immediately. That was over a month ago and I'm being told it was in my contract. This was after they tried to refuse to perform the complimentary oil change that came with the lease. Additionally they tried to upsell me unnecessary and unrecommended services all so they could make a few bucks. The greed of Fred Beans continues to grow exponentially. This was after they had my car on the lift for 90 minutes for a simple oil change and “multi point inspection”. More

Spoke with Kyle over the phone but met with Kim in person. They are kind and welcoming, not pushy. Lots of nice, well kept used vehicles to chose from here. I clearly expressed in my email that I didn't want my time wasted but was reassured by email that their appraisal would be pretty close to the CarFax used car value estimator. The used car manager came out to tell me that my car would not sell well at their dealership, even though the dealership had all the vehicle information before my arrival. Their email also stated they would love to have my vehicle on the pre-owned lot. I emailed the Business Development Representative that baited me for a reply but got no answer. More
I decided to call back Kyle Mckenna the internet specialist at Fred Beans Hyundai located in Langhorne Pennsylvania. Kyle called me several days ago regarding my search for a 2022 Hyundai Elantra. O specialist at Fred Beans Hyundai located in Langhorne Pennsylvania. Kyle called me several days ago regarding my search for a 2022 Hyundai Elantra. On March 9th after spending several hours at Atlantic Hyundai and being disrespected I called Kyle. We talked about my trade in and the new Hyundai I was looking for. He stated I have one on the lot and for me to come down. I told Kyle you guys are in PA.!!!! I live in New York. He stated we are the largest Hyundai dealership here and I wont be sorry. I believed in Kyle because he seemed very honest and trustworthy. Believe it or not the next day March 10th, 2022 5am in the morning I left for LANGHORNE PA. This trip took me approx. 2 hrs. but WELL WORTH IT. I stayed inside the service department until the Sales Department opened. At 845am I saw this man walking and for some reason I knew it was Kyle. He immediately took me inside and I met Joan Kalanty. OMG the nicest person you would want to meet she sat me down and asked me if I wanted coffee!!!! She also stated Mr. Tim Engle would be my sales representative and he will be here in a moment. In approximately 5 minutes Tim came and we talked regarding my trade in (2019 Honda Civic) and the 2022 Elantra. Tim and I bonded immediately no game playing just honest talk regarding our mission. After approximately 30 minutes we had tentative deal. Manager Craig Lesack came over and also sat with me and closed the deal. Mr. Craig Lesack is a no nonsense person. He is the Boss and he wants to sell you the car where both parties are happy. Craig told me he appreciated me coming down from New York and thanked me. HEY, I THANKED HIM!!!(Thanks again Craig for all you did greatly appreciated) In addition, at 1230pm I was on the road back to New York. That has to be a record...yes out the door with my new car in approx. 3 hours..I can write another 100 words regarding my experience at this dealership but i have to go to work. I also met many other individuals at this dealership who were sooooo nice and respectful. Jonathan LLoyd finance manager was the nicest person treated me like family. A few others were Alexis Ray, Jordan Sadusky and Bill Embley. Sorry if I missed anyone. I will end this review with my honest opinion. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HYUNDAI VEHICLE. TAKE THE TRIP TO FRED BEANS HYUNDAI OF LANGHORNE. The people that work there will show you the what most dealerships have forgotten..............CIVILITY AND RESPECT!!!!! More
Liars! Horrible people! I wrote Hyundai to ask a question about my car, they said go to the dealership for an answer, I told them I do not have 135. I was just hoping for an answer because another driver of the same Hyundai car pulled me over to say he had all the same issues with his. Anyway I get a call from Hyundai she said since u can’t afford to get it done we will approve you for a FREE diagnostic test, I was thrilled. She made an appt for me ,said I’d have to come up with the cash but promised to reimburse me. I even called while I was at the appt to make sure since I borrowed the money, she said yes you’re approved for a free test no charge, I went ahead and gave them the money... I called about 15 times since and writing them because now they said we are not paying you back. Even after calling and them saying send a copy of your bill and we will send the check.......now they say, sorry we aren’t helping you now More
Excellent Experience - Highly Recommended Our recent experience with McCafferty Hyundai was nothing less than stellar, from when we inquired about a vehicle and spoke to a customer service rep Our recent experience with McCafferty Hyundai was nothing less than stellar, from when we inquired about a vehicle and spoke to a customer service rep, to when we were test driving and discussing options and price with our sales representative Chris and manager Craig. They are so customer service oriented, that we didn't feel like they were trying to pull a fast one. We had experienced another Hyundai dealer, but were very disappointed in their professionalism, from every aspect - they actually had us test drive a car that had bird crap all over it. The McCafferty experience was the complete opposite - this is the place you should go to - and I know that some people will have a variety of experiences going to a car dealer, but this one was perfect for us. I know I sound like a shill for them, but we really had no intention of going down to them due to the proximity of the other Hyundai dealer, but I would travel an extra 45 minutes out of the way to work with McCafferty in buying a Hyundai vehicle. Ask for Chris Walker if you want a tremendous experience. More
