Good sales experience...but finance was a dud. Shopped around for a used car and ended up purchasing a used Nissan Sentra. Our sales experience all the way around was very good. Our sales person (Jeff Travor) was VERY good to work with and I HIGHLY recommend him. Our experience with finance on the other hand, was not so good. We waited around for well over an hour just to get into finance and once there, the guy was very disorganized and seemed disinterested in providing us with various finance options. I felt like he was trying to "upsell" us at every turn and didn't have our best interest in mind. If I had it all to do over again, I would have secured financing elsewhere before going in. I would suggest you do the same or at least know your finance options before you sit down with Fred Bean finance. More

Michael Larson is a new salesman to me as my previous contact retired, but he seems to be at the same level of professionalism. I like Beans' so much I've sent my family there many times and collectively they've purchased another dozen or more vehicles over the years. Went to check to read the options again before going to see it. Dealt with Brianna and Miranda. So, before I leave , I ask these 2 if still available and was told flat out with was. So, I leave 1030am I got there was 1110am. I sit with a sales rep and he tells me he believes it was sold earlier in the morning. Why didn't these 2 Internet ladies just tell me the truth the first time? I may have been more open to seeing something else. No, they tell me it's there when in fact it was gone to get me in the door. This is one reason I have auto dealers so much. Bad customer service. I will never use a Fred Bean location ever, and if someone asked me about them, I would tell them the same...stay away. If the Internet ladies lie to get you in, don't you think those above them would lie and be deceptive even more?? More
