That evening I texted the sales person, telling them I would take the vehicle with the approved financing. Received a call from them saying it was SOLD - BUT they have a more expensive model I can have! Sales person gave their word, assured me it would be here. Would not recommend using their website. I found a car that I wanted on Carguru and the comparison said the deal was too good to be true. I went to the dealers website and the same price was listed. I contacted them at 7:45 PM on a Thursday night and the guy said everything I have says that’s the correct price. I explained that I would be driving three hours and if he could guarantee that was the correct price I wanted the car and would be there first thing in the morning. He couldn’t guarantee the price and said his manager was gone but that he would leave a message with her. I started down at 8AM. I got an email a little after 9 advising the car was sold and a list of other cars that were available (all more expensive). When I replied to the email saying how disappointing it was and that I would not be doing business with them, the manager replied “We cannot help that people are more available than others are are willing to make the trip right then and there”. (Copied and pasted directly from email). The salesman couldn’t guarantee a price, but somehow it was my fault. I waited almost a week to write this review because I thought maybe I was overreacting, but everyone I spoke to thought the whole thing was as shady as I did. The manager also advised the didn’t hold vehicles or take deposits, but then advised via email that if I found a car I was interested in they “may” be able to hold it. The whole things seems like a scam to get you to their dealership. More
They have a new GT500 with a $64,000 mark up. That means 64k over the sticker price. My75 year old mother in law took in her 2018 Ford Transit Connect that she has owned since new with less than 20000 miles on it for the 15000 mile service. Between the oil change, air cleaner replacement ( w Connect that she has owned since new with less than 20000 miles on it for the 15000 mile service. Between the oil change, air cleaner replacement ( was it needed?) and a wheel alignment ( was it needed, really?!) the bill was $500. In my opinion really took advantage of her. More
Con salesmen- lie to you and switch up the deal after you agree. Absolutely disgusting, horrible experience. Horrible experience. Dishonest & Unprofessional. Then, we were left waiting for our appointment. Eventually we took a test drive in a similar car we had wanted to purchase and started on the paperwork. Fully intending to screw us, they first lowered the rebates we were given in writing prior to our appointment. When we pointed this out, they went back and increased the price of the vehicle instead - it took two iterations to get that part right. When they finally corrected the paperwork, we were told the truck wasn't available for pick up today, as it was "extended inventory" and they will contact us in a few days to deliver the truck and pick up our trade. Fast forward, a few days later, they tried to screw us again, aiming to deliver a vehicle we hadn't signed for. They made mistakes in their own paper work, and sent us a screenshot of papers we had not signed to scam us into delivering a color we had not ordered. We ended up cancelling our order all together. Nevertheless, they still tried to cash the check we left with them as a down payment!! I cannot emphasize enough how untrustworthy and crooked these people are. Everything that can go wrong in a car sale happened here. More
I recently traveled an hour and a half to look at vehicles for sale at Fred beans. The quality of vehicles I was shown was absolutely terrible. Great experience at Fred Beans Ford I was looking to potentially purchase a used or certified vehicle and ended up meeting with John Giannakopoulos. He showed a me a few vehicles and too I was looking to potentially purchase a used or certified vehicle and ended up meeting with John Giannakopoulos. He showed a me a few vehicles and took me out for a few test drives. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we looked at and seemed to know all the features on each car. When it came to getting prices, he was low pressure and was able to get me the numbers I wanted to see. It was a relief when I was able to see the numbers as a whole rather than just a monthly payment. Although I did not end up buying a car at all (I decided to keep my car), I had such a good experience, I felt the need to write a review about this dealership and my salesman John. I will definitely reach back out whenever I decide to get a new car More

Two days after owning my new vehicle I notice my roof Top was f I bought A brand new Ford 2018 Transit 350 HD for my daycare business on May 9, 2019. Two days after owning my new vehicle I notice my roof Top was falling off inside my van. I called the dealer made an appt. I spoke to Jessie in the service Dept. I was told it probably missing clips that the high top was held up with clips. Ok I take my car in to fix roof top now it was time for my Vehicle regular service oil change & inspections, my brand new car failed inspection Jessie says my wiper motor has to be replace. Ok it covered under Warranty ok replace it. it has to be order ok they order it. It comes in the replace and try to fix my roof top this is where things go from bad to the worst. After they replace the wiper motor & tried to replace the so-called clips that hold the roof. the mechanic goes in my vehicle cover in grease put grease all over my leather chairs my rugs my windows & roof and told me My car was ready to go. which was not true I did not give them my vehicle full of Greece and the rooftop was put in incorrectly & the wiper motor was making a loud scratching noise. The roof top was bent and it was then destroyed. Now here comes Service manager Phil giving me a rental a four-door rental 4 passengers car now mind I need my car for my business that’s why i bought a 15 passenger. They had to stay with my car so they can detail it to get all the grease out And now they have to order a whole new roof top for my vehicle. As well as a new wiper motor. Now let’s get to the part where they have no common courtesy they replace my wiper motor and cracked my windshield and didn’t even tell me they cracked my windshield When I went had to pick up my vehicle I get into my vehicle and my windshield is cracked how did you not see that you cracked my windshield mind you this dealer is one hour away from my home. So after having to replace my wiper motor two times they cracked my windshield they fill my car with Grease they put a dent on my door they put a dent at the top of my roof top and they’re still trying to fix all these issues and they still have my car to today’s date which is September 5 and they haven’t even gave me a common courtesy phone call on what’s going on with my car every time I call the dealer they give me the runaround they put me on hold there shortstaffed they don’t have no one to take my call at this time there’s no managers available I get voicemail after voicemail and leave messages after message and I get no call back so now I’m taking this to corporate. This dealer has destroyed my brand new car it feels like I don’t even have a brand new car anymore. I would never purchase a vehicle from here again or recommend it to anyone. More
