Garbage dealership. I e-mailed the sales team about a used vehicle. Since there were only interior pictures I asked for an exterior picture as well. Since I live over an hour away I asked the sales rep if there were any scratches, dents, etc. before I drove up. I was told that the "car is clean inside and out." I was also promised a $50 gas card for driving up to see the car. Well the car was not clean at all. Scratches and dents, ripper interior and other issues. Not to mention the high priced sales tactics. I ultimately decided not to buy the vehicle. The $50 gas card? Nope. After texting/e-mailing several people there, including the general sales manager, Dennis, they ignored me. My suggestion - ignore them. More

Unethical is the best word that comes to mind when you lie about the availability of a vehicle. Negotiated a deal over the course of a week. They ran my credit and offered a rate. I spoke to the salesman and let him know I was using NFCU and was at the bank and needed a final amount. He gave me the final amount and as I was pre-approved, I was working on providing the VIN, etc to the bank rep. I then got a call that the vehicle might have been sold. Asked the bank reps to keep working on the check, had an appointment, went back to the bank rep and never heard back. Embarrassingly I had to let them know I guessed it sold already? No more contact, no "sorry", "is there anything else we could do for you". Upon researching I discovered it didn't sell. They shifted it to one of their other stores. Bottom line I can only assume is they didn't like the price I was given and lied about it being sold. Shameless greed demonstrated at a time when car customers already feel taken advantage of by charging above MSRP for vehicles. More
I spent about $80,000 on a F-250 there a couple of weeks ago. First time at this dealership. I wasn’t finding the vehicle I wanted anywhere else, but Ford of Doylestown had exactly what we wanted. I called ago. First time at this dealership. I wasn’t finding the vehicle I wanted anywhere else, but Ford of Doylestown had exactly what we wanted. I called to inquire about the vehicle, and they immediately made an appointment for us that evening. When we arrived, we were greeted at the front desk and handed a personalized VIP folder for us. Our Sales Consultant Jason Passehl did a great job going over the vehicle. We drove it, agreed on a price and within a couple of hours the purchase was complete. Excellent experience. Since that experience went so well, I thought I would entrust the dealership to service my other Ford Vehicles (an F-150 and an Expedition). The dealership is a bit of a drive for us, but we were not having a lot of luck with more local dealers for service. Well to be honest when I first dropped off my other two vehicles for service, there were some minor hiccups and I thought oh boy here we go. After we left with our vehicles, I’m contacted by the General Manager Tony Satterthwaite apologizing for a less than perfect Service experience and asked me to come back in. I did and he introduced me to Phil Mettille, the Service Production Manager. I was impressed that a dealership would go to this extent to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Phil spent quite some time hearing me out, addressed all my concerns with the F-150. This is the first time I’ve driven a vehicle out of a shop and actually noticed how much better it drove. Very pleased. Additionally, Phil rebooked two service appointments for my other two vehicles. My F-250 was going in to get a bed cover installed. I checked in with Jesse Years, the Commercial Truck Manager. I stayed for the vehicle in their waiting area. There was a nice desk there with free wi-fi, coffee and snacks. I pulled out my laptop and basically worked from there for the day. Jesse kept me informed of progress and within a couple of hours the work was complete. He went over the new cover with me, and I was on my way. Really nice experience and I love the bed cover they recommended. I came back a couple of days later for the Expedition appointment and checked in with George Zbyr. The expedition was in for a check engine light, a Sync upgrade and I wanted them to go over the entire vehicle as I wasn’t pleased with prior service levels at another dealer. This is my wife’s truck and I want it to be safe at all times. Again, I worked for the day in their waiting area. Very comfortable, it’s like I was at the office. George came out no less that 4 times to give me updates on progress and discuss recommendations. I accepted all of their recommendations and they proceeded with the work. They wrapped up later in the day. I drove off and again wow! For the second time in my life now I drove off with a vehicle and immediately noticed the improvement in the ride. My wife drove it the next day and couldn’t believe it as well. It was like the vehicle was new again. Thank you, Ford of Doylestown! It’s so nice to know I have a dealership I can trust and will take care of my vehicles to keep them running great and safe. I would highly recommend these folks – and if your experience is not so great, keep calm and take some time to tell them about it. These folks listen. More
