Mike Toy and My Sales Experience I went to Fred Anderson Toyota after being disgusted with some other big name dealerships in Raleigh, NC. These other dealerships were wanting me to buy cars with fairly obvious problems that I pointed out to them after I test drove them. Unfortunately, these dealerships were in a huge state of denial After hearing basically the same excuses, I went to Fred Anderson on Glenwood Avenue to the preowned lot. Mike Toy is a wonderful person to deal with for a used vehicle. I had many questions which he answered for me, and if he did not know he asked someone else. The sale was smooth and organized. Although I had to go back to the lot a few times to straighten out details he stood by his word during the sale. They go to great lengths to try to please customers. More

Poor service; didn't advise of problems during inspection Went in for routine 15,000 mile inspection under warranty. They said they "cleaned" the cabin filter. They dusted it off and installed upside down blowing bad odors back into cabin! I personally inspected filter when I took it back in for second time. It was absolutely filthy!!! Incompetent. It should have immediately been brought to my attention! I'll NEVER go back. More

WORST SERVICE EVER I was pretty satisfied with the service until one day. I bought my car and lots of extra coverage worth over $7000 from this dealership. I did my main I was pretty satisfied with the service until one day. I bought my car and lots of extra coverage worth over $7000 from this dealership. I did my maintenance there for about 3 years. After the last service I noticed something odd with the rear wheel and then I had an accident. When I came back to the dealership and asked them to place the car on the lift and examine if there was anything wrong, they refused to do that. And, they were VERY RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL about this. They were making up stories in order to avoid any work or responsibility. I was not blaming anyone, but just wanted for them to check it. Won't be going there again!!! More
