Toyota's recommendation for oil changes on your vehicle is every 10,000 miles, but if you would like it changed every 5,000 miles, that is not a problem and we are happy to do it. We did reach an agreement, though I am not sure it was entirely favorable. I tried to make the best of it. I have not seen the partial refund yet either.
