Things like Fred Anderson Lifetime oil and 50k miles benefit only applies if you are perfect with every schedule maintenance visit. Disappointing there is little forgiveness or comms. Having a 8 yr old low mileage vehicle ( < 6.5k/yr)I feel nickel and dimed and tried to be upsold to for every little thing. At the same time getting texted to sell it back to them when I bring in for service. I guess that’s the approach now - make as much money as u can. Honest conversation about true service needs versus reading the Toyota service manual would be a better experience. More

Awful visit, 2 hour wait despite appointment. No service provided bc ‘shop backed up’. Got my vehicle back and left. Stuck now w ‘maintenance required’ message on my screen. They have told me other things that needed done and I have had to put it off till the next service and ask if it is needed then and am told no . Not sure if they know what they are doing. More

Very Long but good experience. Service and Sales and Finance guys were all helpful, of course doing what they do, but it worked out as we needed it to for payments.
