Absolute best car buying experience ever! So I went in to get an oil change and brake inspection on my FJ Cruiser, and ended up leaving with a 2016 Buick Envision! Both Steve in Sales and Stev So I went in to get an oil change and brake inspection on my FJ Cruiser, and ended up leaving with a 2016 Buick Envision! Both Steve in Sales and Steve in financing were so great and respectful to work with. They went over and beyond to make it happen and it was a no brainer!! Can't express how grateful I am for this and thrilled with my purchase!! Won't ever hesitate to go back for any future purchases!! More

Buying a car at Fred Anderson I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla at Fred Anderson Toyota. I appreciated the no pressure attitude of Matt Lowery. I was in the showroom waiting I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla at Fred Anderson Toyota. I appreciated the no pressure attitude of Matt Lowery. I was in the showroom waiting for my car to have an oil change when Matt approached me to look at the 2018 Corolla and take a test drive. Since I had already made up my mind to buy sometime in 2018 after Toyota Sense became standard features it was easy to decide yes that day after I determined the monthly payment was something my budget could handle with the current incentives.. I think I was given a fair price for my old car. Matt was well versed in his knowledge about the car. Good tires are a concern for me and he took an extra step to find out what type of Michelin tires were on the car and what was expected mileage. I soon find out the best feature was the improved lights. Compared to my old car they illuminate at least 200% more of the road at night. I already feel much safer with night driving. This my 3rd Toyota and I imagine it will not be my last. Stephanie in finance explained the volume of paperwork that must be signed and did so in a professional positive manner. More

Continued Great Customer Service! Recently contacted our original salesperson Jeff Teague concerning an after-market purchase for our new 2017 Toyota Highlander. The item was suggeste Recently contacted our original salesperson Jeff Teague concerning an after-market purchase for our new 2017 Toyota Highlander. The item was suggested by Jeff at the time of purchase as he explained the use of the rear cargo liner and how his family used theirs. We decided to make the purchase to add to the car for an upcoming beach trip, so I contacted Jeff and asked him about it. He took the initiative to check on the availability of stock of the color we wanted and also arranged for it to be pulled from inventory and set aside for pick-up the same week. It was a simple task of just walking in and paying for the item and leaving. We really appreciate the extra effort he went to help us out after our purchase. Even after I purchased my new Tacoma I went back to purchase a bed liner. The service department was amazing. As I was leaving Rodney who sold me my new truck went out of his way to run over to me and ask how I was doing and if I was enjoying my new truck. A special shout out to Larry who I went to see about problems I was having with transferring my Disabled Veterans plates. Larry got management involved and they personally took care of it in a short amount of time. Amazing family of people who treat you like their own family. More

Some Oil Change...Quick, Easy and out the door with a new c~ I brought my car in for a Oil Change and noticed a SUV in the used car lot. As I was looking the car over Dan Marek happen to show up to begin his wor I brought my car in for a Oil Change and noticed a SUV in the used car lot. As I was looking the car over Dan Marek happen to show up to begin his workday. With in 15 minutes of discussing this SUV, I was out for a test drive while my purchase and paperwork on this new car were in motion.
