customer service and honest it's almost two years now i bought my car from this dealership. and the only time i could remember having good service is the day i got the car, un it's almost two years now i bought my car from this dealership. and the only time i could remember having good service is the day i got the car, until yesterday i had an oil changed and i was greeted by the assistance service manager Luther white . i honestly heated coming there because of horrible service and experience i had there, it got so bad i used to leave the state to get my oil changed. some of the horrors stories , the coupons that you guys sent me everytime i go to use them the guys there always disregard it and say it doesn't work for me . 6 months after i got the car my key won't won't work well and they told that the auxiliary battery was bad and i needed a new battery and the costs was 219$ . and for some reason my silver warranty doesn't covered that. anyway yesterday i mentioned it to Luther white and he was super nice to educate me that there's a little button that deactivate the keys to manual and all he did was pressed that button and keys work great. i honestly appreciate his customer service and professional attitude. instead of trying to sell me something i don't need to meet the goal i know yall have to meet he took care of the problem that i as a client! Luther you absolutely made my day ! you keeping doing the great job you're doing! i work in customer service and i live by the golden rule treats people the way you want to treated! i wish you all the best Luther white. thanks thanks!!!! need more people like you there! The order said don't wash my car because the car wash always bends my front vanity plate, it gets washed regardless. Mr. White did say they would pay for it if I got another one. The plate is of my dog who is now deceased so it's a sensitive matter. More

Disappointed The only problem I had when they service my vehicle they did not put down paper mats and I had just cleaned my carpet and my mats and they had a sligh The only problem I had when they service my vehicle they did not put down paper mats and I had just cleaned my carpet and my mats and they had a slight grease film on top you can see the boot prints or shoe prints whatever they were that was the only problem I had. Normally they put down the paper mats so I don't know if this was a new employee or they just simply forgot but I'm still take my vehicle back there More

I was promptly greeted in service this visit by Kyle but I've been bringing the car there for 2 years and the previous company Toyota for a year before that. It doesn't matter whether it's Kyle, Chan, Paula or any member of the service staff, they're always friendly, efficient, keep me informed of any developments and the potential cost. They offer honest assessment of what might can wait with no pressure on me and let me know what really should be dealt with promptly. I always use the shuttle service so I can tend to other business while the car is in service and Jimmy has to be the kindest, most sincere driver ever as well as being safe, prompt and professional. As a single female, I hate dealing with "car stuff" but they always make it a pleasant experience right down to Ms. Loyd in checkout. More
