Went in for regular service, usually takes an hour, but this last time, service was very poor, took 2 and a half hours for a simple tire rotation, I get it, they need a bay to work in, but it was all the s this last time, service was very poor, took 2 and a half hours for a simple tire rotation, I get it, they need a bay to work in, but it was all the service guy, he said I needed tires really bad, that I was less than 50% left on 60k mile tires, I told him that I was good, considering I only had 30k on them, then tried to sell me tire balance and alignment, "to get the best life out of my tires" I told him no, and then since I didn't get these, that I "would viid my warranty on the whole car" Overall, that one service writer made me never want to go back, so much even considering getting another brand vehicle More
I was assigned to Michael when I dropped my car off for a 12 month maintenance check and was told I would be contacted when service was completed probably a little after an hour. After 2 hours I called to see if the service was complete and was given Michael's phone number so I could leave a voice message since he was busy. I called, left a voice message and never received a response. I picked my car up 4 1/2 hours after drop off and never received a call or text. Additionally two of the three folks at the service desk wore their masks around their chins the entire time I was inside which made me uncomfortable. I had chosen to have my car serviced in Sanford because I didn't want to deal with poor service at Pinehurst Toyota anymore. My previous experience at Fred Anderson Toyota was stellar so I was truly surprised by this most recent experience. More
Had an 8:30 am express service appointment on 10/17/20. service rep said I should get an alignment check, I agreed, At 11:15 am I got my truck back, no alignment was done, I kept looking, no car 10/17/20. service rep said I should get an alignment check, I agreed, At 11:15 am I got my truck back, no alignment was done, I kept looking, no cars or trucks were having alignment, I was angry it took so long and did not mention the alignment, wasted enough time, and was not charged for alignment , at the oil change, I looked in on them, before they closed the hood, I noticed a nest on top of the engine,, they didnt notice it, they had to reopen the hood because I said something, then removed it More

We've dealt with Fred Anderson in Sanford since 2002 when we purchased our first new Tundra and we have always had good service. Unfortunately the service team at Fred Anderson in Sanford is much more interested in proving they don't need to do more to fix a structural problem with my car than actually fixing it. I have grown very tired of being told unnecessary noise in the cabin is "within allowable limits" when anyone else's SUV that I get in does not make those type noises. My problem started six months after purchase and remains a problem two years later. More
