I showed up as promised, but was forgotten back in the service bay. I was also charged more than what my coupon stated, so the advisor had to redo the paperwork. The advisor was very apologetic and nice. Personally, I don't think my car got worked on until I asked how much longer after the 1.5 hour mark. Several people came after I did and left before I did - this is unacceptable for an oil change and software update. More

Appointment TImes I made an appointment for 11:30 and at 1:30 had to ask how much longer would it take. When asked about they had to look for my car and it was sitting I made an appointment for 11:30 and at 1:30 had to ask how much longer would it take. If it can't be done in that time frame then I would have been glad to reschedule all they had to do was tell me that they were overbooked. More
Way too over priced, staff didn’t know much of anything. I drive a hybrid car, and when I went to pick my car up after the oil change, it had been left in the BATTERY in mode and nobody could tell me for ho I drive a hybrid car, and when I went to pick my car up after the oil change, it had been left in the BATTERY in mode and nobody could tell me for how long. Service good, but price unreasonable After having 12 volt battery replaced keyless entry would not function. The tech stated the 2 keys would have to be reprogramed. This was later reduced to $200, but I still found this to be unreasonable. Summary states the keyless switch was off and had to be turned on. If that was all that was actually done, then the charge was more than excessive. It was performed in a timely manner (appt. was at 9, and finished by 9:45). More

Poor virus protection procedures I did not feel safe from Covid 19 at this service / dealership. No sanitizer was in place for customer use. No wipes were available for after service I did not feel safe from Covid 19 at this service / dealership. No sanitizer was in place for customer use.
