Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford - Service Center

I go to the Fred Anderson in Sanford because it is closest to my home. It is a Toyota dealer and I have a Nissan. They could not inform me what was going on with a noise I was hearing in the front end closest to my home. It is a Toyota dealer and I have a Nissan. I was informed because my vehicle was not a Toyota they could not find out what was wrong with it to bring it to a Nissan dealership. I personally felt if Fred Anderson is going to sell all makes and models shouldn't all their dealerships be able to work on the numerous makes and models they sell? My thoughts. I will find another mechanic to look at my vehicle. More

Warranty work One of the air conditioning lines blew out and the A/C stopped working. The vehicle had only 3000 miles on it. I dropped the car off on a Sunday beca One of the air conditioning lines blew out and the A/C stopped working. The vehicle had only 3000 miles on it. I dropped the car off on a Sunday because I had to go out of town on Monday morning. I spoke with service at 7:30 to explain what happened when it went out. Within an hour or so, the service department called me to let me know the problem and that they had to order a part that wouldn’t be in until the next morning. They were so quick that the service department had the car fixed by 10:30 that morning. Great job, the A/C works great. More
