Honestly some of the worst experience I have ever had getting my car taken care of. This is the 3rd Toyota I have owned. I bought a new one from here in January. Every time I have been they do not welcom getting my car taken care of. This is the 3rd Toyota I have owned. I bought a new one from here in January. Every time I have been they do not welcome you when you walk in the door, but they will however help men right away when they walk in the door. I was waiting 2.5 hours for my oil to be changed and tires to be rotated. A week after my service the radio in my car stopped working, I scheduled an appointment and took my car in the night before to have it fixed the next morning. I called back the next afternoon because I had not heard from anyone and they said that they could not fix my car that day because they would have to order a new radio. I then went in and asked for a rental because I knew I would be blown off if they did not have my car in front of them to be fixed. They almost refused to give me a rental until I asked to speak with the manager. I was then given a rental. They told me they would be ordering a new radio and when it came it in would be installed and I would be able to pick up my car. They never kept their word of when they said they were going to call. I called multiple times to check up on my car to be told my service representative was unavailable and would call back, would never call back, tried to push the blame off on others and pretend he had no clue he was dealing with my car. They maybe returned one of my calls throughout the 2.5 weeks. I had to call them every single time to receive an update, if I didn't call I probably would've never heard a peep. Overall you would think that somewhere you spent a lot of money purchasing a new car would provide better service to loyal customers. If I didn't receive free warranty service I definitely would NOT bring my car here. More

I always feel.well taken care of at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I love my RAV4. This visit took a bit.longer than the estimated time..and it cost far more than I was anticipating. I was offered a package for $149.99 and one hour service. I was then told the extra fee is on all billing. Using my previous billing I showed it was not a fee imposed by Toyota and was told it would be refunded per the manager that day. One week later, I have heard nothing from them. Dishonest service, bait and switch or improper explanation of packages (note* bill was itemized but had zeroes in all 'included' in package for $203 descriptions which was explained by 3 different employees as 3 different values), and finally a broken commitment to refund a miscellaneous charge that they could not explain which had never been on a bill before. This time I asked for an oil change, replace a tire air valve and a car wash. The oil change occurred and the car was washed but I had to specifically request they go back and take care of the same tire repeatedly losing air problem. This is a new tire I bought from you so naturally I thought it was an air valve problem. They insisted I had a nail in my tire and refused to check the air valve. I will watch and see if the tire continues to lose air. Thank you for asking for my assessment. More

Everyone at this service department is friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and the waiting room was comfortable with lots of outlets to plug a computer into.
