Just a not to say how Brian Brooks goes out of his way to help any customer. My stepson's van (a KIA) starting cutting off on us Saturday morning on the interstate. The ESC light came on and then the computer shut the engine down. This continued 6 times until we limped into a shopping center parking lot. I called Brian at Toyota in Sanford because I have purchased Toyota's from Toyota of Sanford and knew them to be very helpful. I could not have imagined how helpful until I called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. A very gracious lady answered the phone (imagine my surprise when I got a human) and I told her I needed to speak to a service manager because I had a problem and needed advice. Brian Brooks came on the phone and I relayed my situation. He said it would be best to get to a KIA certified techician but that there was one thing he might suggest that could possibly help me. He said to remove the positive battery cable from the terminal and wait a couple of minutes and reconnect it to reboot the computer. I did so and the van has run great since. Whether or not this is a permanent fix or not is not my point. My point is the receptionist and Brian cared enought to help someone without it meaning any income for them or Toyota of Sanford. These are great people and if every business could learn this customer service lesson how great would that be!!! Thanks Brian!! More

I have been a faithful customer since 2001. My husband and I are on our third automobile purchased from this dealership. I can honestly say I won't shop any where else. You can't beat the overall knowledge and friendliness you receive from all the staff at the dealership. Starting with Joe Wynn, the GM, my favorite salesman Larry DeWitt, and the excellent service/parts staff Luther White and Lucy and Tanya. They always have a friendly smile to great you. We only take our vehicles to them to get serviced. I can honestly say when I walk through the doors it's like visiting family. It's a place where I go where I believe in the product they sell and don't feel like anyone is out to nickel and dime me. They are genuinely honest people. Who always have an open door policy whenever you have any concerns or just want to say hello. We were met out front by Dan, he did know we were coming but did not know us. He showed us the cars he had in stock, we both got to drive the Prius. He then went on line and found us the model that we were but did not know us. He showed us the cars he had in stock, we both got to drive the Prius.
