I had my tacoma serviced here and they did change the oil properly. I needed warranty work done and they would not even look inside the door panel to see why door handle was getting loose. Also my radio makes noise to the person talking to me on my radio. they stated Toyota is not known to not have good bluetooth and it might cost them 1500 dollars. I said I paid 40,000 thousand and I want it fix. they did not do anything for me. plus on my way out a smart xxx told me have a nice day. I'll never buy a car or have service there ever. More
TOOK OUR NEW HIGHLANDER IN FOR 1ST SERVICE,TIRE ROTAION WAS NOT PERFORMED ON ONE SIDE,A VALVE STEM CAP WAS MISSING, HOW I NOTICED.THEY ASKED THE TECHNICIAN AND HE STATED HE FORGOT TO ROTATE THE OTHER SIDE, WAS NOT PERFORMED ON ONE SIDE,A VALVE STEM CAP WAS MISSING, HOW I NOTICED.THEY ASKED THE TECHNICIAN AND HE STATED HE FORGOT TO ROTATE THE OTHER SIDE,I STATED I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK.WE THEN TOOK ANOTHER NEW HIGHLANDER IN FOR ITS 1YR SERVICE,4,900 ?MILES.I MARKED THE REAR TIRES WITH PAINT DOTS BECAUSE OF NON TRUST,AFTER THE SERVICE WAS DONE,WE GOT HOME AND THE TIRES ON ONE SIDE WAS NOT ROTATED.TALKED TO GM JASON PEREZ AND HE STATED THAT THE TECHNICIAN SAID HE FORGOT TO ROTATE ONE SIDE. LETS SEE HERE,2 DIFFERENT VEHICLES,2 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS,SAME ISSUE,TIRES NOT ROTATED AND SAID THEY FORGOT,I'LL LET ANYONE DO THE MATH. SO THEY OFFER ME TO TAKE MY VEHICLE ELSEWHERE AND SEND THEM THE RECEIPTS FOR THE SERVICES AND THEY WOULD REIM.BURSE ME. DOES THAT SOUND LIKE THE FRED ANDERSON FAMILY PLAN THAT WE SEE ADVERTISED. More

I had been taking my bmw that I purchased from there, to get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't d get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't do it because didn't have big enough wrench. Advisor said he would cancel a parts order for me, but he didn’t. Had to call parts dept the next day. Reason for visit was to have rear window tint material replaced because of scratch lines in the materi didn’t. Had to call parts dept the next day.
