I received a recall notice on my 2014 Corolla on the transmi Kyle was very friendly. When I left my car with him I asked if he would give me a call when it was finished. I do NOT recommend this dealer for service or sales I was told at the time of purchase that this dealership would match the lifetime free oil changes that Ford had given me, now that say they do not do I was told at the time of purchase that this dealership would match the lifetime free oil changes that Ford had given me, now that say they do not do that. I called 5 times and was given a different answer each time as to the cost of service. My car has yet to be washed at the dealership, although it is supposed to be included. I noted that a couple of times they have said they washed the car, and it was CLEARLY not washed. I feel like this dealership will say anything to get you to buy a car, then they will change their policy. More
