No confidence at all in this service department Went in for my 18 month free service. Driving home I experienced an odor of burning hydrocarbons. Once I got home I found the oil cap missing. I located it in the windshield wiper cavity and replaced it myself. Fortunately the oil level was OK. The service reminder was also not reset. I've had horrible experiences with this dealer before in both sales and service. When I bought my vehicle they assured me that they had replaced nearly everyone in service and resolved the issues. Apparently just another marketing ploy to sell a car. There are better, more ethical Toyota dealerships in the area. Stay away from this one. This is the last time I will ever darken their door. More

Wish I never brought it into Sanford I came in for routine 45,000 mile service. While I was there they tried to sell me on $930-950 worth of service to replace my brake pads. Brake pads cost around $50-80 for a 4 pack... so they said they’d only run through the regular maintenance, which amounted to about $179 for tire rotation/balancing/alignment, when I told them I just got new tires and that they’d didn’t need to do that they’re response was “sorry, but hey... at least we gave you a military discount.” How can you charge someone $179 for work that was already done and didn’t need much labor since the work was done already by someone else. It also took them two hours to do all this. I left feeling ripped off wishing never I came into Sanford Toyota. More
