I spoke with Courtney at 7:00 p.m., 12/4/2019. The service center worked me in at a time where I was told I would be scheduled. I was told I would be scheduled in at 8:30, but I was not on the sch The service center worked me in at a time where I was told I would be scheduled. I was told I would be scheduled in at 8:30, but I was not on the schedule. My car was given general service, but the one issue I have had since I purchased the car was not fixed- which I had already brought it in shortly after purchase. The person that checked me in for service walked out to the car with me, and we discussed the issue. I did not look at the car before I left, but the issue with the molding on the passenger side of the windshield had not been resolved. The service department handled everything well and I am not displeased with the service. I have relayed my concerns to Courtney in a follow up phone call. I am not filling out the bottom portion of the survey because the trail of people is to confusing. More

Disappointed I spent the first two years having my new car taken apart and put back together while issues remained. They still remain. Out of exhaustion I stopped I spent the first two years having my new car taken apart and put back together while issues remained. They still remain. Out of exhaustion I stopped complaining and no one asked if the problem was resolved. It is not. I continue to bring it for regular service. I expect that to include what is good for my car. This is your area of expertise, not mine. However, on my last trip for service I am told that my 2017 with under 30,000 miles needs new tires. Again, who is to blame. Toyota for substandard parts? Service that doesn’t take steps to avoid a premature expense. I fear this question will continue to be my frustration until my next vehicle which will not be a Toyota. More
