Not completely upfront and honest While I feel like I got a great deal on my 2017 Nissan Titan and the initial email, texting about the vehicle was great, the salesman was not complete While I feel like I got a great deal on my 2017 Nissan Titan and the initial email, texting about the vehicle was great, the salesman was not completely upfront and honest about the vehicle. Granted it was a used vehicle but many known issues were not communicated to me. I drove 3 hours 1 way to the dealership and found that the front windshield had a dime sized ding in it, the passenger side window had a ding that was beginning to crack up the window, and there was only 1 key to the vehicle. Being that the vehicle was a push to start, that is kind of an issue. Also when I was ready to leave and drive home, the salesman graciously put $20 in the truck, but had a hard time strating the truck, stating that you had to hold the key fob against the start button to get the truck to start. This turned into an issue driving home as the dash indicated that no key was detected thus I was waiting to be struck on the way home.if the truck died. If you are asking why I went through with deal, it's because this Titan came with a 70k or 70 year warranty and only had 33k on it, so pretty much most things would be covered, the body and paint and overall condition of truck was great, and the price was a steal. So turns out the key fob actually was physically broken inside and my local Nissan dealership replaced it for free under warranty and will be providing me a second key at a great discount. My front window was repaired by Safelite with not charge under my auto insurance and the passenger window has been replaced at a cost of $100 deductable. So overall I am very happy with the vehicle, but am disappointed Fred Anderson wasn't up front and honest with these issues, I had already secured financing so that part was a breeze too, so just wish the sales people would have been more upfront with known issues. Obviously it was an as is used car sales but didn't appreciate them not being honest with me. My 20 year old son was with me and also couldn't believe they didn't be honest with us either. So beware at this dealership on used vehicles! More
