Don't send your wife by herself I normally don't have any problems with this service center. However, this past experience was not a good one. I called a few days before to schedule I normally don't have any problems with this service center. However, this past experience was not a good one. I called a few days before to schedule an oil change for my Rav4. According to my contract when purchasing the vehicle, all oil changes are free as long as this service center is the only place to service the vehicle. When I arrived, the sales guy tried to pull a fast one and tell me that I was going to be paying $180 for my service for the day. I demanded an explaination as to why I suddenly was told to pay for the oil change I had asked for. I was informed that more services would be done on the car than just the oil change. I refused to pay the amount suggested. I did not come prepared to pay at a free oil change. After waiting over an hour and watching 4 folks leave before me after bringing their cars in after me, I was "all set to go". I guess the service guy didn't like my $180 sservice cancellation as my car was the only one not to be put throught the complimentary car wash. So much for a great "customer" service center. More

Rip Off Artists I don't know how this dealer got the reviews it has. I had a horrible experience here. I went in with my mother's car for a simple ( or so I thought) I don't know how this dealer got the reviews it has. I had a horrible experience here. I went in with my mother's car for a simple ( or so I thought) service of oil change. After about 30 minutes the service advisor came to get me and took me to the car to show me a leaking fuel line. It was leaking pretty badly. They said it was like that when I came in. I didn't believe it because I had been standing by the car all morning in the hot sun breaking down boxes to take to the recycle. I would have noticed the gasoline odor or seen it on the drive way. I think they did it putting the car on the lift. I felt I had no choice but to have it repaired. I couldn't very well drive it now. My mom has an extended warranty and I called the service advisor with the warranty information immediately after the shuttle driver dropped me off back at my mom's house. He took the information for the extended warranty and said it was covered and that I would get a reimbursement. ( I had to PAY FOR EVERYTHING in advance before they would have the shuttle take me home). They did not have the part needed to repair the fuel line so I had to leave it, it couldn't be driven with the amount of fuel leaking out of it. I still believe they tore that fuel line because as bad as it was leaking out I would have noticed it!!!! They also told me the car needed tires and an alignment. We talked about doing 4 tires but we agreed on 2 tires but they charged me for 4 tires. My mom was in the hospital during all of this because she had fallen ill that morning and had to be taken by ambulance. I did not look closely at the receipt before I left with the shuttle driver. Long story short.... They kept the car for 2 days, for a problem they created, never filed the claim with the extended warranty company so we had to pay full price for the fuel line repair, they charged for 4 new tires and only put on 2 and have never resolved this. I called the general manager about it and he said he would get back to me and he NEVER bothered to call me back. I do not recommend this dealership. They are rip off artists. They could have owned up to their mistake and they should make this right!!!! Better check everything on your car and receipt!! More
I went Friday, made an appointment for Saturday for brakes. After 2 hours they told me they didn't have the parts. That's why I went in.
