This is our first time at Fred Anderson Toyota. We picked a new 2020 suv. However. They lost one of the sets of keys to the suv. They didn’t keep in contact with us, like they said they would. We had to keep a new 2020 suv. However. They lost one of the sets of keys to the suv. They didn’t keep in contact with us, like they said they would. We had to keep calling. Texting. Leaving messages for them to ask about our key! Still today. I texted a question and still no response to my question. Disappointing they lost the key. More disappointed they didn’t keep in contact with me. Disappointed that I have to drive back up there to get Key programmed that they lost in the first place. 🙄🙄🙄🙄😘😘😘 so annoying and out of my wY.
