I was told by Toyota that the compressor was not covered. I called the warranty company and they said it was. I was told by Toyota that there was not expense to me and when I picked up the van there was a $412 charge that I paid. More

We had excellent service but was very disappointed that the lifetime oil change and service for purchasing a new vehicle is no longer available. With that option no longer on the table it definitely almost the lifetime oil change and service for purchasing a new vehicle is no longer available. With that option no longer on the table it definitely almost made us reconsider. But we do like the vehicle very much and we made the purchase due to that and the great service provided by Tiffany. She was very kind and we appreciated her. Next time if we decide to come back we'll buy a used vehicle though. Without that lifetime oil change and service warranty, then we really don't see the value in a new vehicle purchase over buying a vehicle 3 years used. If we didn't have the disposable income to not mind, then there's no way we would've made the trade because that lifetime oil change and service warranty was incredible and we're very disappointed that it's no longer available. Definitely not impressed and I only bought the car from them because it fit my needs. Management is awful and plays games.
