We negotiated via email and phone. All was concluded before we physically arrived at their location. We felt they should have been more prepared for our visit since it had been determined via email, te before we physically arrived at their location. It was clear that Dan was new to his trade but his abundant respect for us made our time with him pleasant. I will recommend Fred Anderson to my friends, who ask, with the above reservations on their overall preparedness.
