oil change and software update I did not want to review due to the fact I got a $10 discount from the service advisor due to me waiting 2.5 hours at the dealership when told it wil I did not want to review due to the fact I got a $10 discount from the service advisor due to me waiting 2.5 hours at the dealership when told it will take no more than an hour for my appointment. I showed up as promised, but was forgotten back in the service bay. I was also charged more than what my coupon stated, so the advisor had to redo the paperwork. The advisor was very apologetic and nice. Personally, I don't think my car got worked on until I asked how much longer after the 1.5 hour mark. Several people came after I did and left before I did - this is unacceptable for an oil change and software update. More

Way too over priced, staff didn’t know much of anything. I drive a hybrid car, and when I went to pick my car up after the oil change, it had been left in the BATTERY in mode and nobody could tell me for ho I drive a hybrid car, and when I went to pick my car up after the oil change, it had been left in the BATTERY in mode and nobody could tell me for how long. They didn’t want to do anything about it either. Will never go back, I’ll just stick to my Just Tires and I suggest you guys go elsewhere too! More
