We immediately began experiencing transmission issues after purchasing our vehicle. Although this is no fault of anyones our experience with finding a resolution has been extremely slow and completely re after purchasing our vehicle. Although this is no fault of anyones our experience with finding a resolution has been extremely slow and completely reactive. There has been little thought put into our customer experience while experiencing this huge inconvenience. At this point I would expect a supervisor to be managing these issues and communicating with us consistently about next steps - this has not been the case. More

I go to the Fred Anderson in Sanford because it is closest to my home. It is a Toyota dealer and I have a Nissan. They could not inform me what was going on with a noise I was hearing in the front end closest to my home. It is a Toyota dealer and I have a Nissan. They could not inform me what was going on with a noise I was hearing in the front end possibly due to a unit. I was informed because my vehicle was not a Toyota they could not find out what was wrong with it to bring it to a Nissan dealership. I personally felt if Fred Anderson is going to sell all makes and models shouldn't all their dealerships be able to work on the numerous makes and models they sell? My thoughts. I will find another mechanic to look at my vehicle. More

Not professional. Do not care about the customer. Were quit to sell me a vehicle with defects. Damaged vehicle on inside and outside while attempting to fix the defects. When I showed them the damage Were quit to sell me a vehicle with defects. Damaged vehicle on inside and outside while attempting to fix the defects. When I showed them the damage Greg Davidson (Manager) said "Are we responsible for all the problems with your vehicle"? I said Yes, since you have had it more days than I have and the damage wasn't there when it was left with you. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with and now they won't even return my calls. I still have damage to my vehicle purchased 06/13/2020 and defects have not been fixed. After they had vehicle for 11 days I was afraid to leave it with them any longer given the damages they did during that time. Also car had almost a full tank of gas when left with them and only a 1/4 tank when I picked it up. More
