Brandon is the MAN!! He bent over backwards to help my wife and I get into a new 2011 Toyota camary. I was very impressed with the whole dealership, they gave me a lifetime powertrain warranty. In today's economy everyone is feeling the pinch as we try to get as much as we can out of service departments but you never expect to get something for nothing. I bought a used car from Dan Graham, a Mercury Sable, nice car but it had been overlooked as far as service before delivery.I live 100 miles from this dealership, I returned the next day with a few problems and Luther White, the service manager, stepped up and addressed each of my concerns with patience and understanding, he assured me all is well and there shouldn't be any other problems. Unfortunately another problem arose and I once again drove back to Sanford per Luthers' suggestion, and once again they made a believer of me. Not only did they fix the problem, fill my tank with gas TWICE, all this at no cost, I was shocked.Toyota of Sanford earned my business as well as everyone else in my address book, absolutely the best dealership I've ever been to. Special thanks to Robert Hunter ASM for his concern and great customer service skills. Keep up the good work guys. Our salesman was fantastic, in fact this is our 2nd time buying a car from him, however I gave customer service a 4 because the finance department was not as pleasant to deal with. With children at home we buying a car from him, however I gave customer service a 4 because the finance department was not as pleasant to deal with. With children at home we were anxious to return home but after 6 hours we finally had to leave and come back the next day to finish up the paperwork. After another 3-4 hours the next morning we were finally able to leave with our vehicle. I don't know why it took so long but from my experience, this is the longest time we have ever waited to finalize the deal. If it were not for Tom, our salesman, we would not have been as happy with our purchase. I recommend Sanford Toyota, but ask for Tom. More

To my surpise they did not do that, Tom Gierok and the team at Sanford Toyota worked to find me just the right car.It took a few days to help me find exactly what I wanted, but everyday I got a phone call from Tom to update me on where we were. It showed me that the dealership doesn't just care about a sale, they care about the person they are working with. Well you know what they say first impressions are lasting ones. That's what they did for us. Our salesperson Tom Geirok was great and very accommodating. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. Once we made the decision to purchase and that it would be the Tacoma, he worked with us further in getting us both the price we wanted.Everyone at the dealership was so very friendly and accommodating from the sales manager to the finance staff. This was the best car buying experience we have had in a very long time! Not only did we get a 2011 Tacoma but I also purchased my wife a 2011 Venza. Thanks Tom and Toyota of Scion! More

I purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe from Dan at Toyota of Sanford. I visited on a Monday to see the vehicle that was listed on their web site. Dan showed me the vehicle and they evaluated my trade. We didn't even talk price on the vehicle as I was just beginning my search. I looked at several other vehicles around the Triangle but came back to buy the vehicle from Dan because of the small town, low pressure environment I felt from the previous Monday. Time will tell if the vehicle lasts like I hope but the purchasing experience couldn't have been better. Thanks big and little Dan. More
