New tacoma I originally contacted the dealership about a truck on their website via email. They said the truck was available and I negotiated a price. When I arrived the person I was scheduled to meet at that time was busy so someone else helped me. I went through the whole deal again and when I asked to see the new truck the salesmen left and returned informing me the truck was available but was in SC. I was frustrated wasting that much time already but asked about a similar truck on the lot and was told that truck was out of my price range. I requested to look at that truck and negotiated a deal but the salesmen was not honest and told me I would get $1000 off for a military rebate from Toyota if I financed through them. Apparently that was already factored into the price when the salesmen told me it was not and I would get the $1000 when I financed. Since that was not part of the deal I tried to get the dealership to meet in the middle with the price difference but they would not so I left. I ended up coming back the next day to buy the truck and spoke with James Porter. He was laid back and help me from there without any issues. He had very good customer service. More
