My purchase was negotiated over the phone so truly a, "remote purchase". Good service. This recent visit my service representative informed me to make sure each time I came, I made sure to tell them I was on the Family Plan to be sure I received my discount. Didn’t fix the issue that they diagnosed and told us to bring it back if the issues isn’t resolved. Issue wasn’t resolved so we called and they told us to bring it in at a certain time. Seems to me that the dealership would have the necessary parts on hand to repair a recall issue with my Tacoma. Don’t like the idea that I have to go back to get my repair once the parts come in.
