2017 Toyota Yaris Ia I bought a brand new 2017 Toyota Yaris Ia in September. I've had to bring it in several times due to issues with the display screen, console controls I bought a brand new 2017 Toyota Yaris Ia in September. I've had to bring it in several times due to issues with the display screen, console controls and steering controls. There's also been two times in which the vehicle wouldn't start. Every time I bring it in they say they can't find anything wrong. Recently I brought the car back again because the passenger side air bag/ seat belt alarm was going off while my daughter was driving the vehicle. This time they did find a faulty spring/ sensor and did replace that. The other issues are still unresolved since they can't replicate the issue because it occurs randomly. I was also told the car did not have navigation when I purchased it, which I found odd since it had a navigation setting. After inquiring with service about navigation, Luther recommended I wait for update to purchase it for about $170. After several months of waiting for update, I asked another very rude man in service about it and he told me I'd have to have it installed for over $400. Unfortunately, i didn't get his name. I ended up buying the SD navigation for about $80 on Amazon. My next vehicle will be a Nissan again. Prior to this purchase I always bought Nissan and my next purchase will be another Nissan. More

Chan is a great guy with a great personality. My last trip regarded a U joint recall which occurred this week. I had the pleasure of personally meeting Jeff DeMeyer (service manager) during this visit. He also is a great guy. Very professional and very caring about his customers. I know in his position he stays busy but he took a great deal of time on this past visit to assure I left as a happy customer. It's people like Chan and Jeff that will keep me coming back. Identified the source of an additional concern I heard and, while they believe it is fixed, made sure that it was properly documented on my file. This will show it to be a known issue if I have any further issues with it and make the replacement process less of a hassle. Only thing I was a little disappointed about, was they didn't wash the truck after service (which they usually do). Overall 5 stars, but 4 stars in "quality" as they didn't do the wash. More
