Geoffrey is extremely personable, helped me understand what I needed. I appreciate that when it comes to a service appointment. He is the reason I’m raging this 5 stars. I would rate Lacy much lower. I would like to mention that Lacy said that he could not give me my trade in value on my 4Runner unless i test drove a new 4Runner first. I specifically mentioned that if he could let me know what my trade in value was when i got back to pick my car up for service, id review if. He said he didn’t talk financials until i test drove the new one. He lost a sale and potential trade in because he did not or would not do so. I will check in again and ask a different sales associate next time in. Thank you Jessie More

Horrible experience I live 2.5 hours form dealership but found a car I wanted online. After some back and forth we agreed on price and I applied for financing through th I live 2.5 hours form dealership but found a car I wanted online. After some back and forth we agreed on price and I applied for financing through the dealership. I had to rent a one way car to get to the dealership so there was some work needed to arrange the trip. The night prior after not hearing back from them on timing of pickup or the results of my financing I called. I had agreed to explore financing with them as they told me it would help them out. They basically refused to share with me what the financing rate would be, the manager was not willing to speak with me, and the woman basically said they did not have time for me. Having to arrange travel the next day that was not acceptable to me but they did not care in any way. The next morning I reached out and they told me my rate was 1.5% higher than my local bank was offering me, so I spent a couple hours at the bank. I arrive and the car I was buying had a big dent in the back that was undisclosed and no pictures were taken of the back of the car. They refused to fix it or give me a discount. Next they give me grief for having my own bank check and not using their financing. They then told me they could match the rate I got at the bank. I think this place is a bunch of amateurs and I would encourage people to go anywhere else. More
