Pretty smooth process With the USAA car buying process. I was able to pick from the RAV4 in stock and have it ready when I got there. It was great didn’t have to wait long. It didn’t take long to change the oil and also to replace the part. E had coffee and nice restrooms that where clean. We had a tv to watch also. Sanford, NC: I’m comparing this service center against Bay Ridge Toyota in Brooklyn,NY - which I feel treats its customers as “suckers” - my opinion! Sanford, NC: Geoffrey seemed to be very competent. I think the management is responsible to provide up-to-date training to each employee to be able to answer a customer’s questions - even when they are paying at the cashing-out window. She was very nice; I don’t know how long she has been on the job so I don’t judge too harshly if she didn’t know the exact answer to my question. More
