No sense of urgency. Take your business else where. Wait time is excessive just for simple oil changes even with an appointment. Respectful and extremely friendly. Lacy from the start wasn’t pushy like most other car dealers I’ve been to. He was knowledgeable on the Toyota line but I know I was his first Prius sa Lacy from the start wasn’t pushy like most other car dealers I’ve been to. He was knowledgeable on the Toyota line but I know I was his first Prius sale (he told me) and he was straightforward and honest about his lack of knowledge on the Prius line but if he didn’t know the answer, he would consult his senior colleagues about specific questions I had.
