The process did not take long and staff was professional! Found this car through USAA and when I got to the dealership Andre Cannon was very helpful and the transaction did not take very long. They did everything possible to make me familiar with the car. Andre called me the following day to see how things were going and if I needed anything else. Since they are not a large dealership I think you get more personal service. Love my Highlander! More
