First off, Leroy is the man! If I could have him every time as a service advisor I would. Punctual, professional, and polite! I’m hoping this is a sign that things are back on track with the dealership. It seems that everyone I dealt with besides Leroy was also very helpful and friendly. Yes Steve she was there for 2. 5 hours waiting. When I called they finally sent someone to physically talk to her. Christy Rice was rude and not helpful at all,matter of fact she to 5 hours waiting.
