Yes Steve she was there for 2. 5 hours waiting. When I called they finally sent someone to physically talk to her. Christy Rice was rude and not helpful at all,matter of fact she to 5 hours waiting. My Toyota Solara electrical system shut down. AAA service told me I needed an alternator. Leroy and Chrissie took care of my car. It was only a battery.
