If I had a real name it would make it easier for me to follow up and look into everything, If I could please get a call back I'd greatly appreciate it so I can get involved. When another company says "it looked like" we like to take a look at the footage of your car being serviced to confirm. As far as body damage it's the same thing. We would like to look at the cameras and can tell right away if or if not there's previous damage. As far as the wear and tear items go there's a lot of variables that go with that so it's a little vague and would love some more info to dig into for you. I would HOPE that communication in your department would help you figure out who I am. If NOT, that means there are more people like myself that do not know to review you on this site. At this point, you’ve had multiple opportunities to correct the issues, and each time there was a new one that came about. Needless to say, I got rid of my car because of the repairs caused by your shop. I love Toyota as a brand, but unfortunately can not recommend your dealership.

I apologize that you think the diagnostic time was excessive but there is a long list of components that Toyota has us check to make 100% sure we are diagnosing the vehicle correctly. With it being a very unusual fault code that was found in the vehicle, we wanted to make sure we did not miss anything. With that being said it was not just the hybrid battery that was the issue, The smart ECU and the auxiliary battery also failed which we would not have known unless we did the diagnostic correctly. The diagnostic fee should have actually been more due to the extent of the work it takes to cross everything off that the manufacturer requires to be checked.
