The rest of the service experience was beyond atrocious and not worth rehashing here, but none of it was in any way Michael’s fault and went above and beyond to try and make things right. More

Used to be a solid shop to go to for Toyota repairs and may be for some, however I've had too many disasters take place. On the "Family Plan" maintenance, double check the service done before you leave the may be for some, however I've had too many disasters take place. On the "Family Plan" maintenance, double check the service done before you leave the dealership because in my experience, the work is almost never actually done or not done correctly. Unfortunately, some of the service advisors and service managers are too busy to double check big ticket items before they release the vehicle back to you. Also, chalk the tires and mark the oil filter, I've had the work checked by another shop and was told it looked like the maintenance was never done. Lastly on service, check the vehicle for ANY body damage and confirm with the advisor any known damage before turning the keys in and picking up. When buying used, get a second opinion and/ or purchase inspection from another shop. I purchased a vehicle and was told it met the inspection and shortly after I needed to replace multiple wear and tear items. More

And that strong, warrior, priceless, spirit is what I felt everytime I entered their premises..that spirit which is Mr. Stan Speranza, took such wonderful care of me, as a vulnerable, recently divorced, mature young lady, with much trepidation, and pretty clueness of the basics of the car business, proved to me, with his sincere assurance, I was with a rare, special breed with integrity. With his knowledge, wisdom, attention to every detail, patiently , and without judgment, answered the most basic and silliest of questions, and somehow managed not to laugh in my face, and having the uncanny ability to do all that , while being so personable, won me over. I've been thrilled placed under his supervision with my car, which is the reflection of the human interaction crucial to a successful business, which this dealership has captured. It is always a joy to go there, no stress, no pressure, when I get the honor of working with Stan, a sheer delight, and a true standup American hero!!!
