Mr. Tortora, I understand the frustration about making the drive to our location. Most of the time we are perfectly fine with topping off fluids. However if we feel as if we are putting customers in a bad position or putting the dealership in a position of liability we will certainly communicate that. Our customers have come to expect and appreciate that level of service from us. If you decide that you would just like the coolant topped off I am happy to give you the coolant to do with as you please. Fantastic 24hrs later and 50 mile round trip and i should drive another 25 miles so you can give me coolant " to do whatever i please" Im still low on coolant and i would never use ur dealership and you are a lame excuse for a GM for not topping my car off yesterday while i was there.
