Routine maintenance was easy to schedule. When I brought my car in at the scheduled time, I was immediately taken care of by a service associate & the work was complete was easy to schedule. Terrible customer service I bought my car from them used. It was less than a year old. After about six months the power locks on my door stopped working. I was told it would co I bought my car from them used. It was less than a year old. After about six months the power locks on my door stopped working. I was told it would cost me almost $600 to fix it. My car isn't even two years old and I have a $600 repair on it. You can imagine I was pretty upset about it. After hearing that news I was told they charged me for a tire rotation when I repeatedly told them I just got new tires and I didn't need it. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful so I'm thankful to her. The car I received has so many problems and Fred Anderson is less than willing to fix them. I've seriously considered selling my car even if I'm upside down on it just to get away from this horrible dealership. Every time I try to contact the manager it goes to voicemail and he has yet to answer my phone calls. More

Treated like a VIP I am on my third Prius from Fred Anderson! I leased the most recent one from Tonya Walker, and she was fantastic!..... and very helpful months lat I am on my third Prius from Fred Anderson! She took care of it immediately and got back to me to tell me all was ok. Leroy Jones leased me my first Prius and sold me on FA and Prius!! I was at the Dealership for routine checkup on my leased '13 Camry. The lease was ending this September. I wandered over and thought I would talk about the end lease etc. Tonya was my Salesperson . Well.....I ended up buying a '16 Camry!!!- Never once did I feel pushed into anything. Tonya listened to my concerns and answered any and all questions that I had. She always knew the answers!! We purchased the family plan in addition to the automobile so that we could take advantage of regular service and lifetime free oil changes. This has been a great deal since I drive 35,000 miles a year. I have worked with several of the service team members. The person who takes the appointment to the inside service team of Leroy, Tony, and others. I have never had such a great experience in customer service as I have had with this team. I have owned cars for the past 30 years. When looking at our next purchase Fred Anderson is at the forefront because of the overall experience we have had with both the service and sales team.
