Pulled it out of their hat - I brought my 4 Runner in for service and while at the dealership spoke with my salesman, James Lindsey. Great service Matthew in the service department was very helpful and nice. He was able to facilitate the service and repair of serveral items on my vehicle. Great work by service manager Patrick Nicely was the service manager and he did a wonderful job correcting an issue that I've had with the AC. During the course of replacing the compressor they found other problems with some hoses that weren't in stock, and he immediately called to say that he'd need to keep the truck another day (worked out fine because I didn't need the truck anyway). He was great explaining what the issue was and how it was going to be resolved. Once all the parts arrived, the job was done very quickly and he delivered it at the time promised. And now I have great AC. More

Had a bad experience, but management stepped up and fixed it I struggled to decide the appropriate rating for this business. I bought my first car there years ago, and they’ve treated me pretty well over the yea I struggled to decide the appropriate rating for this business. I bought my first car there years ago, and they’ve treated me pretty well over the years. But, last week I had an unbelievably bad experience when I took my car to their service bay. The rep assigned to me lied, obfuscated, and behaved in an inexcusable way, and it took over 4.5 hours just to get a new key reprogrammed. Given that, you might be asking yourself, “Why did you give them four stars?”. Well, that’s because after the fact, management went the extra mile to make things right. Andy, the manager on duty, and Steven, the GM, both reached out to me directly and they refunded my payment in full. Beyond the money, the fact that management really seemed to care and was personally invested in my experience speaks wonders about the organization. In every business, a footsoldier makes mistakes from time to time. The important thing is how the business responds. Just look at the fact that Steven personally responds to every Google review. Personally, I figured they were just paying a social media company to provide lipservice on and manage their reputation. But, that’s not the case. That’s Steven’s real email and phone number you see posted, and he actually does pick up when you call. So, at the end of the day, yes I had a bad time at their service bay. But, my case was an outlier, and management’s response was stellar. I highly recommend their services – just keep in mind that you might have to be a squeaky wheel to get the right person’s attention. More

That was already a pleasant experience and ofcourse it helps that carshopping is a fun experience. Getting your car serviced is not always as fun ofcourse but my experience has been great sofar. Yesterday went for our 20,000 MLS service and it was painless from beginning to end. I arrived at the service department without an appointment and spoke to Leroy. Very nice guy with great costumer service skills. He explained exactly what the service was going to be and gave me a time indication as to when I could expect the car to be done. I received a phonecall as soon as my car was done without being rushed to pick it up. When I arrived for pick up Leroy had everything ready to go. He knew who I was and explained what was done to the car. I'm aware that this may not seem like a big deal as far as the vehicle service itself goes but the costumer interaction is definitely a great example of how it should be. This place understands that costumer service goes a long way and the "after purchase" experience is just a important if not more so than the purchase experience itself. After visiting Toyota dealerships allover the world while being active duty, I can definitely say that this dealership is top notch. More
