Kristen, if it was going to be misdiagnosed you would have not been charged a single dollar. If a tech needs additional time to look at an issue then that amount would have gone toward the fix once it was discovered. If there's any mistakes I can promise you would not have paid for it as Chivas stated. I've left you a message so I can be personally involved so I hope to hear back from you. Mr. Hepler, thank you for your review. On the recorded call Frank had mentioned if something was hit and you got very irritated and started yelling and hung up. Frank tried calling back but you would not answer. For a vehicle that was only 2 days old it had a hit on the bumper that was lined up with the condenser. We just now looked up Toyotas internal records where warranties have to be submitted. The dealer you took it back to, submitted the O ring was blown out and that's completelyfalse, it was the clamp that held the line. We do not submit fraudulentwarranty claims to be paid on. I'm sure the dealer there did it because you purchased your vehicle there but we are in the business to do things the right and honest way.
