Amy thought I should look at a new Camry, so I did. John A. and I look at some cars. Great service from John. Bill crunched the numbers, and I walked out with a 2018 Camry. We Were Very Please With Our First Service Experience! Sean Collins was polite, courteous, efficient and effective as our sales manager. He had the rear taillight bulbs and windshield wiper blades replace Sean Collins was polite, courteous, efficient and effective as our sales manager. He had the rear taillight bulbs and windshield wiper blades replaced. Additionally, he alerted us to the fact that it was time to replace our front and rear brakes. He also found a brakes coupon saving us a substantial amount of money! Finally, he made sure the car was washed before returning it to us! It was our first visit to Fred Anderson Toyota. We were very impressed with the service we received and intend to return the next time our car needs maintenance or repairs. More

Poor website design and Zero availability When you think you booked an appointment in Charleston but your appointment is in Raleigh due to confusing websites for the Fred Anderson brand.....I When you think you booked an appointment in Charleston but your appointment is in Raleigh due to confusing websites for the Fred Anderson brand.....I couldnt even find the Raleigh one without typing the whole city into google...but I was told by my advisor that going 700+ miles past an oil change and other service requirements is "ok and won't hurt anything" due to being on a long road trip. 0 appointment availability for 4 days..........
