This dealership and service department shows outstanding customer service. The fact that someone is out from behind a desk to greet you and walk you to your destination is fantastic. Best dealership in the Southeast! I went in to get my 2012 Toyota Prius serviced on Saturday. Chrissie was the first person to greet me and took care of all my initial service needs. I I went in to get my 2012 Toyota Prius serviced on Saturday. Chrissie was the first person to greet me and took care of all my initial service needs. I was only at the dealership for around 30 minutes while my oil was being changed and my tires were getting rotated, but Toyota ALWAYS offers me a shuttle anyway. I was fixing myself some tea and pastries and Steven Rhoads greeted me to ask how my morning and service visit was going. We talked for quite a few minutes and he made me feel very welcome. There was not one person I interacted with that seem happy and customer service oriented. I was very impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to friends and family. I’ll definitely be returning to get my car serviced here. More
Even Got my Nails Done! I arrived early and they got me right in. Even arranged for a lyft driver to take me and pick me up to get my nails done so I didn't wait at the deale I arrived early and they got me right in. “Hey Folks, even the best of us can have a bad day”! I was very much impressed with P.J. and her customer interaction. My Tacoma was inundated with love bugs, and she didn’t believe the normal car-wash I was very much impressed with P.J. and her customer interaction. My Tacoma was inundated with love bugs, and she didn’t believe the normal car-wash procedure would get them off; especially in the grill area. She offered to “detail” the hood area after the 25,000-mile service was completed on my truck. After several hours from my 10:45 appt, P. J. came into the customer waiting room to check on the status of my service. I told her that no one had contacted me about my truck’s service status. After another hour(about 1:30, I became concerned & went to check on it. I saw it out front with the service tag hanging down, & thought maybe it might be ready. I didn’t see my service advisor, so someone else accepted my payment--in the meantime P.J. took it for detail work on the love bug issue, and when it came back it was “super”. I thanked her and left. When I arrived home several hours later, I had a message that my truck was ready and could be picked up at 6pm. That kinda blew my mind. Up until this past Monday(Sept 30); all my service experiences at Fred Anderson have been SUPER SMOOTH. Again, many thanks to P.J. for smoothing out the rough edges on a truly “different” kind of Fred Anderson experience. More
