My mom needed a new vehicle, Had our 4Runner totaled out in a wreck. Went to the other Toyota dealership in the area and they pushed us off went to Fred Anderson and had Joey great us and made the whole tra in a wreck. Was very understanding in the situation my mother was in due to the accident. Walked out and drive out the same day with a 20 4runner limited, was very flexible and helpful.
