Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston

I have leased a toyota for several years now, most recently with a Camry. I recently moved to the Charleston area last summer and had to find a Toyota dealership in the area because my lease was comi recently with a Camry. I definitely wanted to stick with the Toyota brand for many reasons including the quality of the vehicles and the maintenance packages. I was lucky enough to come upon Fred Anderson Toyota. I had several months before my lease on my current vehicle was over, so I began searching early. I really liked the new Rav4 re-design and decided that's what I eventually wanted to lease. From the start, the team at Fred Anderson came across as honest and worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for. David Catoe was extremely helpful during the whole process and I appreciated the fact that there was no pressure in working with him. I'd highly recommend him as a sales consultant to anyone interested in buying a new car. I ended up with a great Rav4. I ended up with the color and model I desired at a fair market price compared to other prices in the region and beyond. I even got a few "perks" including an extra audio package. In addition to the great staff, Fred Anderson has an additional maintenance plan which I liked, and the dealership itself is top notch compared to other Toyota dealerships I have been to through the east coast. There is no doubt in my mind that the Fred Anderson Toyota dealership is the best in the Charleston area and one of the best I have worked with. Alex was so helpful in showing me the advantages in buying this particular new 2013 Toyota, that I couldn't resist buying it. I had only bought one car brand new and that was in 1980 for a Toyota Starlite hatchback. That was 33 years ago, so Alex is one heck of a salesman. This young man has a bright future and will go far in life with the fine character that he has displayed. Any company should be honored to have him as an employee. Eddie Cooks was patient and showed us a half a dozen cars and even after he realized we probably weren't going to buy the more expensive of the SUV's he still treated us as if we were buying the most expensi and even after he realized we probably weren't going to buy the more expensive of the SUV's he still treated us as if we were buying the most expensive! Bill Utnick was working on our financing and found a probable with our previous loan. Rather than just telling us the deal was off, he not only made the deal go through he was able to keep our monthly payments down but he was able to get us a better interest rate and a better customer service package Eddie and Bill were outstanding and if they are only 2 people representing Anderson's company I hope he has Army of people just like them. Purchasing a truck from Anderson Toyota was the most pleasurable experience we have EVER encountered in purchasing a new vehicle. Esteban and Don were great! They are making it very convenient and life simplified for us by making sure we only have to drop the truck off for one day to have the leather seats, steps, and liner installed due to us living an hour away. We looked all over the East coast for a new or used Toyota Tundra. We got good pricing from Fred Anderson earlier in the year, and just wasn't ready to make a deal. Danny Marflake stayed in contact, without being pushy at all, and always was responsive to my questions and responded quickly when I asked for a sale price on a truck. Finally, we decided to purchase a new truck and I contacted Danny. They had the truck I wanted and were ready to move it to their dealership. Danny found out the truck had over 1800 miles on it from the other dealership's general manager driving the truck as a demo. He immediately contacted me and let me know that this truck would have some miles or they were willing to get another truck with no miles, for the same price. We opted for the other truck, they had the same package and color. It was an all around great experience working with these folks. Thanks again guys! More
