Fred Anderson is by far the best dealer I have ever dealt with. Edwin Hinzman and Eddie Cook sat me down and went step by step on helping me purchase my new car. James (David) Catoe was the salesman I dealt with and Carleen was my online/telephone contact. Honestly the only reason that I stopped in at Fred's dealership on the afternoon I did was because a log tru Carleen was my online/telephone contact. Honestly the only reason that I stopped in at Fred's dealership on the afternoon I did was because a log truck had turned over on the I-526 & I did not want to make the drive to NCHS where there was a dealer with 3 cars that had come up in my internet search that fit my criteria. David met me on the porch with a friendly smile and a nice welcome and I told him about one car on the lot that fit my budget. That car was in the detail department so we drove a couple of other ones & then he had that one pulled out of detail (repair guys had gone home already by then) even though it had a couple of trim parts missing from the front grill area that were still being worked on. I am still slightly leery of that fact... but we drove the car and I ended up buying it. My experience so far has been nice. The battery ran down on the car in only a few days & I took it into the repair dept after James/David let them know I was coming. During that visit I ran into my old repair consultant who used to work for Volvo when I had an XC70 (Charlie Bruggermann). It was nice to see him again too. It was also nice that Fred's dealership replaced the defective battery at no charge. I am just hoping that this used car does not present anymore surprises. I'd really like to see the 150 point checklist that the car has supposedly passed and know what those 150 items are & how this car fared exactly. It really surprised me to see the battery fade out so quickly. What's up with that?? Someone beside me in traffic a couple of days ago told me something was pouring out from under my car. I think it was the AC? I just don't want to be hung up with a fixer-upper. I guess I'll bring it by again and visit with my homeboy Charlie & my new homeboy, David/James. You did good when you hired these guys for sure. I don't mean to be a whiner, but I sell Real Estate & my wheels are very important to me. I have actually already recommended this dealership to a colleague of mine and one of her RE clients bought a car there. More
I had a great car buying experience at Fred Anderson Toyota. Grace Morris worked with me to find the perfect car for me. She also spoke with a manager who recommended I test drive a very lightly used 2013 Toyota Corolla. I fell in love with it right off the bat. I had absolutely no intentions of getting a "new" car when I went to the dealership but they were able to work with me on the price and after driving it I just couldn't walk away from it. Grace really made the whole process enjoyable. She didn't try and push me towards any car, she genuinely wanted to find the perfect car for me, and she succeeded! More

The two ladies in service, Patty Campbell answered all our questions about the family plan guarantee and service info so that we were prepared and knew the process prior to purchasing. This dealership goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. Alisia Durr answered all our questions and covered everything in great detail and was honest and upfront with financing options. FANTASTIC. Eddie Nuttall was great as usual. Andre went above and beyond and stayed two hours past his time to go home to ensure that the sale went smoothly and followed it to the end.
