My boyfriend and I ventured down to the dealership around lunch time and I walked in with the intent of "just looking." This was only the 2nd dealership I had visited so I wanted to make sure I kept my optio lunch time and I walked in with the intent of "just looking." We were greeted by a gentlemen, I let him know what I was looking for based on price, mileage and budget etc. Of course 3 vehicles I was interested in were no longer available, putting that much more of a damper on the whole car shopping experience. He let us wander and didn't hover over us like most salesmen do. We stumbled upon a car that was a little over my price range, but was worth looking into. From here on out, what an EXCELLENT experience! Jeff Lenz was our salesmen and he made us feel so welcome. We felt as though we were friends, not just customers. He listened to what we were looking for and ran with it. No pushy sales pitch, no attempt to up-sell, just listened and did everything in his power to ensure he could answer any questions we had and get exactly what we were looking for. We also worked with Eddie Nuttall who was very helpful with the numbers portion of the program and as Jeff did, Eddie made sure to find what I was looking for. In all my years of car buying, never has it been as easy as it was this evening. Normally car salesman rank as one my least favorite groups of people, but Chris Duncan, Tonya Walker and Bill Utnick went ou as it was this evening. I know I took up quite a bit of their time, but each one was patient and thorough, making me feel as if they had all the time in the world to answer my questions. In 2 years, it will be time to purchase a vehicle for my teenager. There is absolutely no question as to where my next car will be purchased! More

After going to a couple different dealerships and getting practically no help I immediately was appreciative of Ashley for her eagerness to help me find my first car. I apologize for such a late review. We went to the dealership after a call to buy back my 2012 Camry in November of 2013. We were greeted by Tonya Walker, who worked quickly to get us through the proc dealership after a call to buy back my 2012 Camry in November of 2013. We were greeted by Tonya Walker, who worked quickly to get us through the process, and I state that because me and my husband went early because I tire quickly because of Chemotherapy. I believe that Tonya could see this in me and we were not prolonged. After the car was selected, we met with Alesia, the Finance Manager, and just the same, it was not a drawn out process. They both were straight to the point, the process was expedited, and we were able to leave, so that I could get home and rest. Tonya and Alesia did everything in their power to get us the best deal that Fred Anderson could give. I thank you both and want to let you know that on yesterday I found out that I am CANCER FREE!!!
