All of the information we had talked with Carleen about had been given to Mathew. He was ready and waiting with car prices on the selected vehicles... The whole process was very efficient. There was no dancing around issues, all question were answered immediately, no let me go see. Matt new his job and what he was doing. We were then handed over to Bill Utnick for the final paper work . Again Very efficient, no dancing. Bill helped point us toward the best plans that fit our needs. Great experience . Went in yesterday to try and purchase a 2011 dodge challenger. From the beginning the sales staff was warm and friendly. Worked very hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. Only issue we had while we were there was dealing with getting my insurance faxed over to them and that wasn't their fault at all. We had to wait about an hour before it actually got faxed and the only reason it was faxed then was because Randy stayed on the phone with insurance company the third time we called and wouldn't hang up until they got it finished. All and all the best experience I have had with a dealership. They treated us like we were the only deal they had going in the place. I highly recommend them and will be sending my friends and family for their auto needs. More

Great work again. We have again returned to Fred Anderson Toyota for another visit. We bought my wife's 4runner back in Sept, and worked with Blake and Don then. On behalf of our family, 1 friend and my purchase this pass week makes #5 in 7 months. All have dealt with Blake and have been very pleased. We have found a car dealer we can trust and work with. We will continue to send people here as long as these 2 individuals work here. Before we met Blake with dealt with another local car dealer and had sales person we trusted with finding and helping us with everything we needed. We didn't even shop around, he left and put us back on the search for another trust sales person. These are rare to find these days. We met Blake and his product knowledge, kindness and willingness to help with any question or concerns we had. When it comes to manager, Don is the best. Only at Fred Anderson have we been able to communicate with both the sales and management division, in such great manner. Don was able to work on and helps with any issues we had when trying to seal up the deal.
