Great Car Buying Experience We spent yesterday afternoon looking at newer used cars and new cars with Ally Stewart. She was so nice! Thanks for getting us into our new ride!! The last time we went car shopping I ran out of the "other" dealership due to the high-pressure environment and overwhelming nature of the situation. The last time we went car shopping I ran out of the "other" dealership due to the high-pressure environment and overwhelming nature of the situation. I am happy to say that our time at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston was different. My family of four (2 kids under 10) went to this dealership early Saturday looking for a used, but newer, Prius. We had an appointment to avoid the weekend craziness and were immediately greeted by a friendly associate (who would later turn out to be our finance rep, Alesia) . A few minutes later we were greeted by our sales person, Benji. Benji was super-friendly and really natural without over-selling or blowing smoke. After the test drive we were able to take the car for a few hours and came back with a definite 'yes to the car.' As Benji helped us through the process the kids started to get impatient and he even sat down at the kiddie table where we filled out our loan request while our children watched Disney and played with blocks. Benji made what could have been an extremely uncomfortable experience more than bearable. We are now the proud owners of a Prius and want thank Benji, Dimitri and Alesia for helping us get into our new ride!!! More

VW lover converted I've driven VW's for years but found myself drawn to the Toyota Sequoia for all of the space for my growing kids and all the options for me. I came i I've driven VW's for years but found myself drawn to the Toyota Sequoia for all of the space for my growing kids and all the options for me. I came into the dealership with not a whole lot of time on my hands and a specific budget. My sales rep Kelly Mitchum brought the GM Steven Rhoads to me right away and I shared what my budget parameters were but also what my "must haves" were as well. While Kelly pulled the Sequoia out for me to test drive, Steven worked with the finance manager Bill Utnick to get me exactly where I wanted to be. Kelly gave me a great demo of the Sequoia, she covered it from hood to trunk and really knew everything about the Toyota and the Family Plan that you get at Fred Anderson. I showed the family and we were all sold, especially since they were able to hit my budget. I'm a big fan! I also want to give accolades to Eddie Cooks, he was a sales person that helped set up my iPhone so that I can be a good role model to the kids and use hands-free! . This is a great riding family vehicle and I am glad I tried a Toyota, which brings me to my last point. Toyota has a concierge service that I used this weekend, just dial a number and get directory assistance, dinner reservations and more. Very intuitive and progressive brand! More
