The way Benji Spivey, Chris Fitzgerald and Don Hesher made me feel from the second I walked in the door to when I was pulling away in my new car, was above and beyond. The entire staff there walks around smiling and I can see why. They truly enjoy what they do and want to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Bill Utnick in finance made it all very easy to understand and was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any type of car. These guys know how to make it happen. I will not buy from anyone else ever again. More

Typically one can expect to spend countless hours for seemingly no reason. This was the opposite. It was easy to communicate exactly what I was seeking and upon my arrival all of the paperwork had been previously drawn up and we were done signing all required documents in about 30 minutes. I had the opportunity to work with two salespersons (Kelly and Christen) and they worked seamlessly as a team. As a result, there was always someone available when I called with a question. These employees were knowledgeable and eager to meet my needs rather than trying to meet satisfy their own interests. I also have to mention Rodney as well. I payed a test drive visit and he went out of his way to ensure my spouse had an opportunity to test drive the car. He did this with the knowledge that I was already working with other sales reps but as a good salesperson, he understood customer satisfaction. More
Nothing special here First when I arrived at the dealership I had to seek someone out as I had been outside on the lot for more then 10 minutes without being approached. First when I arrived at the dealership I had to seek someone out as I had been outside on the lot for more then 10 minutes without being approached. Next, once my husband arrived and was actually approached the sales man was not friendly to him and was literally walking away when he tried to ask a question. My husband asked to speak with a manager and according to the list of people above we were given a sales rep, not a manager. He turned us to a seasoned employee. While speaking with Matt at this point my husband had to say "are you going to let me finish" when speaking about the vehicle. When we were trying to discuss the 0% financing options the sales rep., Matt got flustered by my husband and literally ended the conversation by saying "let me get someone else to help you because you are trying to hold me to something that I am not saying". And walked away.... Whhhhhhhaaaattttttttt? My husband and I were just trying to communicate with this person and understand what was being said, asking A LOT of questions -my husband and I looked at each other and said "what just happened here" and then we waited a few minutes and said let's go. No one ever came and we walked out without even being approached again. We were ready to spend $25000 on the car. My husband asks tons of questions and wants to feel comfortable with spending that kind of money. We weren't holding Matt to anything. He just wanted my initials to get the sale going .... Typical car sales man. Nothing special here. More
